1. Optimize Your Video Titles

One of the best ways to get more views on YouTube is to optimize your video titles. This means using keywords that people are searching for in the title of your video. This will help your video to show up in search results when people are searching for those keywords. Additionally, make sure that your title is attention-grabbing and accurately describes what your video is about.

2. Create Thumbnail Images That Stand Out

Another way to get more views on YouTube is to create thumbnail images that stand out. When people are browsing through YouTube, they are more likely to click on a video if the thumbnail image catches their eye. Make sure that your thumbnail image is high-quality and represents the content of your video.

3. Use Tags and Keywords

Using tags and keywords in your video’s description and tags is another great way to get more views on YouTube. When you use relevant tags and keywords, your video will show up in search results for those keywords, making it more likely for people to find and watch your video.

4. Create Consistent and Regular Content

Creating consistent and regular content is another great way to get more views on YouTube. When you post videos on a regular schedule, your subscribers will know when to expect new content from you, and they will be more likely to watch your videos. Additionally, creating consistent content will help you to establish a niche and build a loyal audience.

5. Utilize YouTube’s End Screens and Annotations

YouTube’s end screens and annotations are a great way to promote your other videos and encourage viewers to watch more of your content. By including links to your other videos in your end screens and annotations, you can keep viewers engaged and increase the number of views on your channel.

6. Collaborate with Other YouTubers

Collaborating with other YouTubers is a great way to get more views on YouTube. When you collaborate with other creators, you can tap into their audience and expose your channel to a new group of viewers. Additionally, collaborations can help you to create new and unique content that will attract a larger audience.

7. Promote Your Videos on Social Media

Promoting your videos on social media is another great way to get more views on YouTube. By sharing your videos on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, you can reach a larger audience and drive more traffic to your YouTube channel. Additionally, you can also use paid promotion options to boost your videos and reach a larger audience.

Conclusion

In conclusion, there are many ways to get more views on YouTube. By optimizing your video titles and thumbnails, using tags and keywords, creating consistent and regular content, utilizing YouTube’s end screens and annotations, collaborating with other YouTubers, promoting your videos on social media and engaging with your audience, you can improve your visibility, increase your reach and grow your channel’s audience. Remember that getting more views on YouTube takes time, effort, and consistency, but by following these strategies, you can increase your reach and grow your audience. Additionally, to ensure success it is important to keep experimenting and trying new things and to analyze your video’s performance to make data-driven decisions about your content strategy.

My comment on the video:

Back in 2015, I started a tech channel, and as soon as I lost interest in it, one of my videos hit over 144K views; that’s when I knew that the worst thing a new creator can do is lose momentum or give up halfway. It’s all about persistence, consistency. In my defense though, I found a much easier job that earned me $6K in less than 2 months, so I wasn’t going to sit around, and wait for the almighty algorithm to pick my content out of all the great creators’. Besides, I was too young, and poor to grasp or embrace the concept of long-term thinking. However, I did try freelancing for a while on Upwork until I got a TOP rated badge, which took me 5 months, and I realized once again that if you keep at it, it will eventually work out; it really is like Murphy’s Law in reverse. If you’re reading this, remember, you don’t really need luck, you just need to be “positively stubborn” enough, so that making it becomes inevitable — and don’t let my dead channels undermine my message. Cheers!
