I love the curve. Anything over 24″ benefits from it in my opinion. Flat VA monitors have more black crush at the edge of your view than a curved one will. Angle from eye to panel plays a big role in the color shift on VA due to the pixel design and the curve turns that into benefit.
My reply:

Same here. This is my first curved monitor ever, and I didn’t even have to get used to the curve. It just looks normal to me (finished 2 games already: A Plague Tale: Innocence, and A Plague Tale: Requiem. Amazing experience!), and only when I look at the bezel where the Samsung logo is located that I remember it’s curved. My only problem with this monitor is this weird occasional flickering like it’s caused by some kind of electrical noise or some other kind of interference (I’m not referring to the kind of flickering where brightness/colors change. I’ve fixed that one by enabling VRR control, and to be safe, I also updated to the latest firmware version (1014.1). What’s frustrating about this issue is that I don’t even know what to Google in order to find relevant information. For a second, I thought maybe there was something wrong with my uninterruptible power supply (APC Back-UPS XS 1400U), but I did try hooking up the monitor through a different brand-new power strip, and noticed the same weird flickering. If I were to describe it, I would say it’s like a white line that flashes sometimes in the middle of the screen, while other times near the top or the bottom. I almost never notice it while gaming or watching a lengthy video. However, while gaming, I only notice it sometimes when I open the game menu. I use dark mode mostly in every app that I use, maybe that’s why that weird glitch caught my attention in the first place. I got a 1-year warranty, and I keep thinking about returning it, but I’m kind of hoping that the retail store I bought it from restocks soon, which will give me the opportunity to test another unit, and see if it also has the same “mysterious flickerking” issue.
