I Live for This Kind of Feedback! Thank You so Much, Ash!

 |  ESTIMATED READING TIME:  1 MINUTE

It didn’t even take longer than 24 hours for something awesome to happen right after I was fucking infuriated by a shady unappreciative customer on Fiverr.
Ladies, and gentlemen, it turned out, really good appreciative people still exist, and Ashley Barker from Australia is one of them.

Even though it was impossible to enroll Surface Pro 8 in SEMM, Ash appreciated the fact that I moved heaven, and earth to try, and find a workaround. I am forever grateful to people who find it in their heart to take a leap of faith, and trust me, because I always give it my all, and although failure is rare thanks to my unnatural persistence, sometimes in failure I learn so many things, and even if Ash decided not to show his support, since we agreed that I wouldn’t get paid unless the job was done, I wouldn’t have held it against him at all, because once I agree to something, I don’t change the terms. For instance, if I agree to clean malware on your server that has 50 websites for 5 bucks, say I was in a generous mood, and I never walk away from a challenge, there’s nothing that will make me change my mind about helping, except of course the customer’s behavior. People can easily be ungrateful assholes, but a tech problem, no matter how difficult it is, I can deal with it, but when it comes to people, I can deal only with mature people who don’t jump to the wrong conclusions, whereas those who can’t wait to call me names, and assume I’m professional because of how I express myself, I really can’t tolerate those.

I look forward to finding more awesome customers like Ash, and another Australian guy named Oliver whom I helped clean malware from his server on Bluehost about an hour ago.

Oliver said to me earlier:

You’re good, and finding good people is hard, and keeping my website running is important!

He’s not wrong about that.
