Yup. A few days ago, I had to restore a DLL file that was quarantined by Windows Defender for my cousin while he was trying to play Resident Evil 4 again.
Not so “good old times” when you use the 32-bit DLL instead of the 64-bit one or a different version, and you get that other more confusing error. 😂 I even used to rename DLLs sometimes to see if I can trigger different errors while debugging. Didn’t know it was referred to as “DLL Hell”, though. 🤔 If I’m being honest, it was fun! Highway To Hell by AC/DC starts playing.
