I thought so, too, but I just tested it before I even read your comment, and it turned out, it’s not. I’ve been using SHIFT+DEL my whole life to the point where I almost messed up in a basic computer science exam once (I almost said to my then-CS-teacher, “Would you like me to send that folder to the Recycle Bin or straight to God?”), so the fact the it’s not the Delete permanently icon feels like such a Nelson Mandela effect. Lol
