13:39 I agree. I had an X99 build from 2016, and I have only upgraded to Z690 (12700K) recently. While the difference is huge, and there’s no stuttering in games whatsoever, I still think I could’ve squeezed a few more years out of my 5820K (OC’d at 4.30Hz | 1.285V). Whether a company cares about platform upgradability or not, the fact that they make great CPUs that can last almost a decade makes boasting about platform upgradability irrelevant.
I still can’t believe that I managed to finish The Last of Us + Left Behind DLC on RPCS3 in 2 days thanks to the 12700K. I’ve always wanted to play that game, but since I’m not a fan of aiming with a controller (I prefer to use the controller for combat + sport games), I’m glad it was possible to use mouse and keyboard (RPCS3 devs deserve much praise for their great work on the emulator), and make the game feel like it was an actual PC port.
